Ticket Instructions at Gate/Door:
There is one line for all ticket holders for our event.
Please board the line alongside the fence for the Harbor Lights Yacht.
    E-TICKETS:
  • Show E-Tickets on your Phone or Print them.
  • Staff will be at the gate as of 11pm to scan e-tickets to provide you with boarding passes ahead of boarding time & then boarding guests onto the yacht will begin approx 11:45pm. We recommend arriving before the approx 11:45pm boarding time to have your e-tickets scanned for your boarding passes.
  • Please have your e-ticket bar codes on your phone or your print out ready for the door staff to scan to provide you with boarding passes.
  • All guests must have their ID & their own Boarding Pass in their own hand before they pass security at the front gate - make sure you give your guests their boarding passes once you have your e-tickets scanned.

    TICKET POLICY: NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES

    NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES - All sales are final, NO REFUNDS! All tickets purchased in relation to a special event within an official cruise event, (for example, tickets purchased in relation to a birthday, bachelorette party, graduation, etc.), for which the guest of honor or organizer chooses to cancel or reschedule, are also non-refundable. Our events will occur whether rain or shine. In the rare event that the Coast Guard prohibits cruising because of extremely severe weather, or if an event is postponed due to changes within local and state orders, we will contact you with an exchange date(s) for the event. There are also no refunds should the party continue to take place on the yacht while remaining at the dock due to severe wind conditions or technical difficulties if so designated by the captain, management, or Coast Guard.
    Management reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management or security to be disorderly, intoxicated, who uses vulgar or abusive language, provides invalid identification, or who fails to comply with these or other management rules including dress code and other event guidelines. All Guests must adhere to the rules of the event which include, proper ID for age requirements, local & state guidelines such as masks & social distancing should they apply at the time, and we reserve the right to be selective to those that do not adhere to the rules of proper dress code attire. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate the license. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. EVENT DATE & TIME ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY POINT. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. Holder voluntarily agrees that the management, facility, participants, ticket merchant, and all their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are expressly released by holder from any claims arising from such causes. In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for which it was issued. Tickets are not redeemable for cash. Under no circumstances is the processing fee refunded. If issued complimentary, tickets shall not be exchangeable. It is unlawful to reproduce tickets in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, prices include all applicable taxes and/or discounts (if available).
