NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES
All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. If the event is canceled or rescheduled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket. To request a refund you must forward your original e-mail receipt to events@nypartycruise.com. Refund requests must be made within five days of the event's originally scheduled date. Unless the event is canceled or rescheduled there are no refunds. Tickets are non-refundable if security deems no entrance for a guest based upon invalid ID or disruptive behavior. All Guests must adhere to the rules of the event which include, age, ID, and proper attire. Under no circumstances is the service charge ever refunded even if an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed. This is NOT a Sit-Down Dinner Cruise. Seating is Available, but not guaranteed. Seating is based on a first come, first serve basis. This is a Dance Party Cruise!
